Terms of Service
These Terms of Service set out the conditions for accessing and using the Dowin service. They may be updated when service features, billing flows, or operating policies change.
1. Operator and contact
Dowin is operated by Dasoslab, whose representative is Hanbee Seo.
The business registration number is 596-12-02628, and the business address is 4F, 8, Dongtanjungsimsangga 2-gil, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea.
Service-related questions may be sent to support@dowin.app.
2. Purpose and scope
These terms govern the user's access to and use of the Dowin web service.
They apply to account features, workspace features, logging features, notifications, and paid-plan features provided by the company through the service.
3. Sign-up and account management
Users must create and use accounts through the procedures required by the service and must provide information that is accurate and up to date.
Each user is responsible for managing passwords, sessions, recovery codes, and other access credentials associated with the account.
If security risks, abnormal activity, or suspected policy violations are detected, the company may require verification, terminate sessions, or restrict account access.
4. User data and workspace operation
Users are responsible for information they enter, upload, or otherwise submit through the service and must not submit content that violates law or infringes the rights of others.
Users with workspace admin permissions are responsible for exercising member-management, billing-management, and admin-transfer functions with due care because those actions may affect other members of the workspace.
5. Prohibited conduct
Users must not impersonate others, interfere with service operations, attempt unauthorized or abnormal access, or use the service in violation of applicable law.
Mass automated requests, exploitation of security weaknesses, billing abuse, repeated refund-oriented misuse, and attempts to access, disclose, or alter another person's records without authorization are prohibited.
6. Service changes and suspension
The company may modify, suspend, or discontinue part of the service where reasonably necessary for feature improvement, maintenance, policy updates, security response, or incident handling.
Where a material change is expected to affect users, the company will generally provide prior notice through the service, a posted announcement, or another reasonable communication method. However, where urgent action is required for security response, system incidents, or legal compliance, the company may give notice promptly after the change or suspension.
7. Account deletion and service restrictions
Users may request account deletion through the service flow. If a user is the sole admin of a workspace, admin transfer or workspace cleanup may be required before deletion is completed.
The company may restrict or suspend use of the service where there is a terms violation, security threat, billing abuse, or a risk of harm to other users or to the service. Where reasonable, the company will use prior warning or later notice as part of the process, and in urgent security situations it may act first and notify later.
Where a restriction is applied, the company will explain the basis for the restriction and any available review or restoration process to the extent it can verify the circumstances, and it may also consider whether correction or restoration is appropriate where the violation is not repeated or severe.
8. Paid features, billing, and refunds
Where paid plans are offered, the applicable pricing, scope, payment methods, and billing cycle are those disclosed in the billing flow and plan screen at the time of purchase.
Users may manage recurring billing, cancellation, or billing settings through the in-product billing screen or the payment provider's customer portal where available.
Refund or cancellation requests may be submitted to support@dowin.app or through the in-product contact path. The company reviews billing history, usage state, and the payment provider's processing result before handling the request under applicable law and the Billing and Refund Policy.
Billing-state updates may not be reflected immediately because they can depend on external webhook processing by the payment provider.
Repeated refund or cancellation history may result in checkout restrictions, temporary holds, or manual review.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the company's liability may be limited for losses arising from force majeure, failures of external services, user fault, or circumstances reasonably outside the company's control.
This does not exclude or limit liability for the company's intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
The service does not guarantee the accuracy of user-entered goals, logs, retrospectives, or memos and does not guarantee any particular productivity, business, or performance outcome.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Questions, complaints, or billing-related requests about the service may be submitted to support@dowin.app or through the in-product Contact path.
